Ingredients

  1. of Naan.
  2. 4 cups of self raising flour.
  3. 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt or normal yogurt.
  4. 2 tsp of olive oil.
  5. of Water as required but 1/2 cup is good enough.
  6. of Chicken mince (Keema).
  7. 500 g of chicken mince.
  8. 1 tsp of garlic.
  9. 1 tsp of ginger.
  10. 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  11. 1 tsp of paprika.
  12. 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  13. 1 tsp of garam masala.
  14. 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  15. 1 tsp of salt.

Keema Naan Directions

  1. Naan:- mix self raising flour and yogurt. Knead it into a dough. Pour water as required. Once it’s done put 1tsp of oil over it and leave it on the side.
  2. In a pan heat put oil and toss in the mince. Let it dry up (all water needs to be evaporated) then add ginger n garlic. Then add all the spices. Once it’s cooked, let it cool down.
  3. Take the dough out and knead it and divide it into round shapes.
  4. Roll the dough with rolling pin. Use dry flour so that it doesn’t stick to the surface. Once it’s rolled into a round shape, put some cooked mince and close it up. Make it into a roti then put it on the skillet. Make sure oil is hot..
  5. Once all are done, baste it with butter and some garlic.
  6. Serve warm!.
