Ingredients
- 125 g of plain flour.
- 80 ml of water.
- 1/2 tsp of salt.
- 2 cloves of or 3 of garlic pressed.
- 1 tbsp of melted unsalted butter.

- Mix flour, salt, garlic, melted butter together until crumbly.
- Add water and knead together on a floured board.
- Break into 2 pieces, and roll out flat and thin....
- Fry a little butter in a frying pan, and pop the roti bread in and fry for a few minutes on each side, about 40 seconds each side... enjoy hot!!!.
